Just like we’ve done in the bowling market, we aim to be your expert defensive coach. It’s our mission to be a partner, not an agent. This is why we provide on site training to staff and owners covering everything from how to document an injury incident and what not to say to an injured customer to how to react to a fight, shooting, or other violent incident.
